All three sheets are free forever, with no account, no card and no cap on how many forms you work out. The arithmetic is the reason you searched, and hiding it behind a sign-up would be a trick. Shortcodo Pro is $9 a month for your site and everyone who reads its entries with you, and it is the register the forms live in: every form with its fields, its conditional logic and the shortcode that places it, every entry with its timestamp, status and payment, the notification that went out and to whom, and export of the whole file whenever you want it. One flat price for as many forms as the site runs.

Shortcodo Pro is $9 a month. It renews on the same day each month at $9 until you cancel, with no introductory rate, no minimum term and no step up. If the price changes for new subscribers you keep yours. Cancel from the account page in one click, whenever you like, with nothing to email and nobody to speak to. Access runs to the end of the month already paid and then stops, and your forms and entries stay exportable for 90 days.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you buy a full form plugin or a hosted form builder instead?
If you want a drag-and-drop builder with hundreds of field types, a marketplace of add-ons and a licence renewed every year, buy a full WordPress form plugin or a hosted form builder and use this site for the arithmetic they will not do for you. Shortcodo is for the owner who is doing the work: pricing the payment form, designing the contact form, sizing the quote form, and needing the entries kept straight. It is priced for that and does nothing else.
Plugin and builder prices change with every renewal cycle and are not repeated here. The only external figure on this site is the IRS written-acknowledgement threshold quoted on the donation form answer, read on 2026-09-05 from irs.gov and recorded in research/data/claims.tsv with its retrieval date; every other figure is the three sheets' own arithmetic.
