Support is us, by email, usually inside one working day and never more than two. No ticket numbers and no bot in the way.

If Shortcodo Pro does not do what this site says, email within 30 days of any payment and we refund that payment in full, with no questions and no offer to talk you out of it. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? hello@shortcodo.com reaches the same people.
