What this service is
Shortcodo is software and we are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd is the company you buy it from, and nobody stands between us and you. We recommend no plugin vendor, agency or processor, we take no commission from anyone, and we send your details nowhere. The free sheets compute from what you enter; the paid plan stores your forms, entries, payments and notifications and returns them on demand. We work to keep the service up and your register recoverable, without promising uninterrupted access.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the only way this business is paid: a subscription to Shortcodo Pro at $9 a month for your site and the people reading its entries with you, sold to owners of small business websites. No page here is paid advertising and no figure is shaped by a commission, because there are none. The price, the renewal date and how to cancel are shown before you pay and again in your account. Ellul Solutions Ltd is the company you contract with and the name on your card statement and invoice.
Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Shortcodo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Shortcodo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.
The tool index
The tool index lists each free sheet on this site with its worked example, so you can see what it asks for and what it returns before you open it.
No warranty
The sheets perform the arithmetic printed on each page and nothing else. They are not tax, legal or payments advice and not a statement of any processor's price; which sales tax applies to what you sell, what your processor charges and what a contract binds you to are questions for your accountant, your processor and your attorney. The defaults are a worked example; your own rates govern.
